Free Shipping

Free shipping is now available for orders over $129 within Australia 

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details at checkout. Once an order is placed, address changes cannot be guaranteed. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, customers must cover the re-delivery cost.

If returning an item for any reason, customers assume full responsibility for shipping. We cannot intercept parcels already in transit.

Unusual Circumstances

Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer liable for any damage or issues that may arise. Any broken Glasses needs to be report to us with 48 hours of receiving the item. Any damaged item reported outside this timeframe will not be entitled for free replacement. Unfortunately, we simply do not have any control in this area. This includes but is not limited to: shipping times, delays, missing, lost, or marked as delivered but not found (etc.) parcels. 

Production

All products are made to order therefore require time to make prior to dispatchment. Generally orders are dispatched to Australia Post for shipping within 3-5 business days.

Enjace holds no responsibility for parcels not meeting your time frames/deadlines.

Packing

Our parcels are collected from our studio by our courier partner. Order below $50 might packaged in a trackable envelopes or small plastic shipping bags. 

Different types of products will get shipped from different warehouse due to different production time/ packaging requirements ect. Your order might get split into a few different parcels and they might arrive at different times. 

Authority to Leave

This option is given at checkout, the package can to be left at the address if no one is available to receive it.

Authority to Leave is subject to Australia Post. Enjace holds no responsibility for Australia Post's Actions. Please refer to their terms and conditions.
